Overview. Console and accessories have been Professional Refurbished in original retail packaging. Both console and accessories have been thoroughly cleaned and tested to ensure the highest quality product; mechanically and cosmetically.

Shipping and Handling. Gametrader-Elite values ALL its new and returning customers. We do our very best everyday to ensure we ship your items out in an efficient and timely manner. In most cases we ship your item the next business day after receipt of your payment. Those items purchased and/or paid for after 12pm Friday (EST) through Sunday evening will not ship until Monday. In the rare cases that this is unable to happen, you will be notified via e-mail through eBay.

All of the items Gametrader-Elite sells are refurbished, tested and packaged in our facility ready to ship. We do not drop ship our items from larger sellers like so many other eBay sellers. This enables us to communicate better with the customers and follow through with our promises to offer only the best products and customer service.

Domestic Shipping. We ship to those address confirmed through PayPal only. We do not ship to APO boxes, PO boxes or FPO boxes. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska but in some cases those area may have increased shipping charges. Signature is required at time of delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery UPS will leave redelivery notice.

Combined Shipping. Gametrader-Elite offer combined shipping discounts on any accompanying software or accessories ordered at a charge of only $2.00 for each additional item purchased. Please do not go to check out until all items have closed, or purchased through Buy It Now so that we can properly combine your order so that the correct discounts are applied.

Shipping Cost: $34.99 to ALL continental US, $54.99 to Alaska and Hawaii

Payment Terms. We accept payment through PayPal only. We do not accept Money Orders, checks or direct credit card payments.

Your Shipping address must match the confirmed PayPal address. We cannot ship to a different address than that shown through PayPal after payment has been received.

Return Policy. By bidding or buying this item, you agree to the following return policy

  • All merchandise is sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS". No returns are accepted unless otherwise approved through our Customer Service department.
  • Customers must inform Gametrader-Elite of any order discrepancy within 30 days from the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly -- even if the item is purchased for a gift.
  • All approved returns will be approved for replacement (exchange) only and returned items MUST be accompanied by auction ID # and the Return Authorization (RA) # provided by the Customer Service department.
  • If a suitable replacement will not available when your return arrives, we will issue a full refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic condition. If you feel a mistake was made in the description, photos will be required.
  • Shipments that are undeliverable, refused or returned to us for any reason will be charged a restocking fee.
  • Gametrader-Elite holds sole discretion whether to process returns for exchange or refund.
